Fitment: Fitment for the LED taillight includes: 2006-2024 Vulcan 900 Classic LT / Vulcan 900 Custom / Vulcan 900 Classic; 2002 -2003 Vulcan 1500 Mean Streak/ VN1500 Mean Streak; 2004-2008 Vulcan 1600 Mean Streak/ VN1600 Mean Streak.
Installation: To slow down the blinking rate, use the provided resistors if necessary. The wiring diagram is applicable to most bikes: Black Wire (Negative), Green Wire (Brake), Red Wire (Running Light). To install the resistors, connect one end to the ground wire on your turn signal harness from your bike and the other end to both the YELLOW wire from the taillight and the positive turn signal wire from your bike's harness. Repeat the process for the other side. If using red connectors, place one wire inside along one channel and another wire inside along the other channel. Push down the metal pin to make a small cut on each wire, bridging the connectors.
